Tara always felt something was missing in her life and she was always seeking to understand this dilemma. Yoga provided created the space in her mind and body, along with a set of practices, philosphies, and rituals that she could use to explore this. She realized, and is reminded every day that communion with herself and her environment brings harmony.

dhyani stretchHer journey as a teacher began with Integral Hatha Yoga

where students are called to engage their senses within a flow.

Dhyani has a daily Yoga practice that includes asana, pranyama, chanting & meditation.
She teaches and studies Yoga full-time, living the ashram life at Integral Yoga
Institute. She’s exploring sanskrit informally with various teachers, and is slowly
learning Hindi from her Dad, who still calls her Tara.
